Use the address Halah sent your proposal to. It is the key to your page.

2. Get your private link

3. Read your proposal and rental analysis

Your property management proposal and rental analysis open right on the page. Download a copy if you want one. Your management agreement follows once you say yes.

READY TO GO?

Next steps in the process

After you accept your proposal, owners typically sign a management agreement, share the relevant property and tenant records, schedule a property condition review when it makes sense, and get access to financial reporting and communication with Queen City Management Services (QCMS). The order can change, because every owner and every property is different.

1. Your management agreement

Your property management agreement is sent to you for electronic signature, so there is nothing to print or mail.

2. Document review

We go over your property details and the documents that matter for your situation, such as leases and tenant records.

3. Property inspection

When it is needed, we inspect the property to document its condition. Timing depends on your situation.

4. Owner portal and activation

You get access to your owner portal for statements and reporting, and we begin managing your rental property.

Can’t open your proposal, or not sure you’re in the right place?

Owners who can’t find their link, or who received a proposal at a different email address, can reach us directly and we will help you open it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Proposal questions answered

A property management proposal shows an owner what a management company recommends for their rental and what it costs. Your QCMS proposal typically includes a rental market analysis, recommended rental pricing, the management services we provide, our proposed fees, and the next steps toward a management agreement. You can review everything before you decide.

Only the owner it was prepared for. You enter the email address we sent your proposal to, and we send your private link to that address. Proposals are never shown to anyone else.

No. Reading your proposal and rental analysis does not commit you to anything. Your management agreement is sent only after you say yes, and nothing is signed until you sign it.

Management costs depend on the services you need and what your property requires, so your proposal shows our management fee, leasing fee and renewal fee for your rental in plain numbers, along with what each one covers. You can also read how our services work on our Charlotte property management services.

Check that you are using the email address we sent your proposal to, and look in your spam folder for your private link. Still stuck? Call 704.941.4557 or write halah@qcmscharlotte.com and we will help.
