James R. Andrews
James Andrews has successfully counseled clients on real estate matters for over a decade as a lender, lawyer and Realtor®. In 2016 alone he was a party to over 40 transactions all involving the purchase or sale of investment real estate.
His expertise is helping clients identify investment property, planning the scope of work required to place it in highest and best resell state, structuring finances, recruiting the human resources to perform the work necessary to rehab and repair property, then assisting in selling or renting the finished property. In short, James is an investment real estate consultant who buys, rehabs, sells and / or rents investments and he can help you do it too.
