Halah started QCMS because she watched too many Charlotte investors hand their properties to managers who treated them like account numbers — then disappeared when it counted. She built Queen City Management Services to be the opposite of that: founder-led, bilingual from day one, and structured so the person who signs the owner agreement is the same person who answers when something goes sideways.

Over 13+ years in the Charlotte market, Halah has personally closed hundreds of leases, managed thousands of tenant interactions, and walked small-portfolio owners through the moments most property managers outsource — evictions, insurance claims, HOA disputes, delinquent accounts, emergency maintenance calls at 2 a.m. She holds an active North Carolina real estate broker license and keeps her continuing education current so every recommendation we make to owners reflects the law as it stands today, not the law as it was three years ago.
