Rental Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in renting one of our properties. Please read the following instructions on how to apply. Your application will be processed faster if ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS are submitted together – typically 24-48 hours after submission. Please be prepared to pay the application fee, if applicable, as outlined in the property listing. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Rentals are given on a first come, first serve basis.

To keep the process fair and consistent, applications are reviewed using the same screening standards for all applicants. Common items includes:

Copy of identification (US issued or passport)
Copy of social security card
Rental history – last 3 years w/previous landlord name and number listed (if applicable).
A copy of last 2 months pay stubs (required if unable to obtain guarantor from parents/guardian).

**Full-time and international students may need to submit other information and financials – such as award letter for a student loan, etc. Please email me to discuss.

Queen City Management Services reserves the right to run background checks for credit and criminal/eviction history. By filling out the application – you authorize Queen City Management Services the right to verify any and all information posted on the application.
